Namaste My name is Carla Carolina Watson. I’m trained in Hatha and Restorative yoga. What I love the most about yoga is how it gives us the space to nourish not only our body but also our mind and soul. During my classes I bring an open heart, gratitude, breath awareness and a sprinkle of laughter. And maybe some spanglish, haha! This package includes four 1 to 1 sessions for £100 (Ind. Price £33), direct access to my personal WhatsApp for questions in between sessions + access to Module1 of AJBH. For our class, you will need: a mat, comfy clothes and water. And if you normally use any additional props feel free to have them near you during our practice together. *If you choose to have a restorative yoga class you will need some props.
