Sound Bath (June)

Service Description

Sound can be healing. There’s some evidence that each sound frequency has its own purpose. During our sound bath you can experience how the sound waves travel through your body. From intense vibrations to subtle ones. These waves will get reflected, others will be reflected and transmitted all over the space, bouncing off the wall and in between the participants of the gathering The stars of my sound baths are the singing bowls, but I also have other tools and elements I love to add. Join this gathering on the 1st of June and discover how Sound healing can impact your own journey of wellness. Your are welcomed to bring your yoga mat, I do recommend to also bring a blanket and a pillow for extra comfort. There’s some things to consider. - If you are pregnant (do not place any sound healing instruments on your body and if you are on your first trimester please avoid any strong sound related experiences for now) - Avoid sound baths if you are using certain medication (like lithium, benzodiazepines, and certain anti epileptic medication) - Avoid sound baths if you suffer from sound induced epilepsy. Alternatively please consult your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizure from sound vibrations. - If you have any implanted heart pacemaker, stent or shunt please let the organiser know and keep a minimum distance of 30 cm from the instruments of speakers * Do not use directly on or anywhere near a metal implant * Do not use near near open wounds or scar that is not yet healed * Do not use with any prior nerve damage If in doubt always consult with your GP before joining to a sound bath or sound healing experience. Remember that by purchasing a space for this event and joining you, the participant, hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the releasee from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the participant.
