Namaste These short and sweet 30 minute classes will focus on helping you stretch those areas in the body that need love and attention, while engaging your core and upper body with a vinyasa flow deeply rooted in Hatha yoga. If you choose to book this service please make sure you fill the student disclaimer before our class: https://forms.gle/9epK3gAN5KtrSVS99 This purchase includes access to one 30 minute class and direct access to my personal WhatsApp for questions in before and after the class. For our class, you will need: a mat, comfy clothes and water. And if you normally use any additional props feel free to have them near you during our practice together. If you choose to have a mini restorative yoga class you will need some props. If this is the case I will email you with more details. The sessions on this package are valid for 5 weeks. After 5 weeks the student wont be able to use the sessions anymore and will have to purchase another package. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
