4pm: Arrival
5.30pm: Opening circle + tea ceremony
6.30pm: Dinner
8pm: Restorative yoga and sound bath

Saturday

7am: Light breakfast
8:30am: Energising vinyasa yoga
10am: Morning disco
11am Women's circle
12pm: Homemade seasonal soup
3pm: Holosomatic Bodywork session
5:30pm: Wood-fired Pizzas
7.30pm: Eco-spa including hot tub, sauna and cold plunge 

8:30pm Restorative yoga and sound bath

Sunday

7am: Light breakfast
9am: Closing circle, cacao ceremony,  Breathwork session

11am: Help tidy, pack up and head back home

About your host

Carla Carolina Watson

Carla is a Wellbeing Coach, accredited in NLP, EFT, Somatic Bodywork and Clinical Hypnosis. She is also trained as a Yoga and Breathwork teacher, a Sound Healer and dedicated mother. 

Carla creates safe, nurturing spaces for personal transformation, weaving multiple methodologies to help you reset your nervous system, release emotional blocks, and ignite self-belief.

 

With intuition and care, Carla meets you where you are, holding space for balance, flow, and the unfolding of your own unique path.
