Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our events and services.

No Refunds: All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.

​

Credit Transfers: If you need to cancel, your booking will be converted into a credit that can be applied to any of our other services or events within one year of the original booking date.

How to Transfer: To use your credit, simply contact us at carlacarolinacoach@gmail.com with your booking details, and we’ll assist you in selecting a new event or service that suits you.

Transfer to Another Person: If you can’t attend an event, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our records.
