Service Description

Through working together you can learn: - Simple and practical meditation techniques. - How to include mindfulness and meditation into your daily life. - How to create space and time to connect with yourself. Please after booking this service send an email specifying what would you like to get through this online session to prepare the session for you. If you choose to book this service please make sure you fill the student disclaimer before our class: For our class, you will need: a mat, comfy clothes and water.
