Service Description
These 1:1 sessions are a chance to explore our breath work practice through the exploration of pranayama techniques. You will get: - A full breathwork practice with some guided relaxation at the end. - A PDF with notes on the techniques that we explore on the session to take away with you - Online access to exclusive prerecorded material from Chapter 2 of my online program "Mindfulness and Pranayama" - Whatsapp access for inquiries in between sessions for quick questions For the session you will need: - A yoga mat - A small cushion - An empty stomach - An optional notebook to take notes with if you like If you have any health conditions (pregnancy, high or low blood pressure, migraines, stomach ulcers, etc...) please let me know so that I can adjust the practice to keep you safe.
