When it comes to food, I want to begin with something important and honest: I cannot and will not tell you what to eat.

Every body has its own history, rhythms, and needs, and it would be disrespectful... and even harmful to impose a single “right” way of eating on anyone. Instead, what I can offer you is something deeper, safer, and far more transformative: support in shifting your relationship with food from one of anxiety, dread, or self-judgment to one grounded in understanding, compassion, and emotional clarity.

This workbook, shared with all my 1:1 hypnotherapy and Somatic Bodywork Therapy clients searching for better relationships with their food, is designed to help you explore emotional eating through a gentle, trauma-informed lens.

You’ll learn:

- how emotional hunger differs from physical hunger

- why certain cravings feel urgent or overwhelming

- and how your nervous system, past experiences, and daily stressors influence the way you eat

- you will receive reflective journaling prompts, somatic awareness tools, and mindset practices rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and mindful eating principles.

My intention is not to control your food choices, but to guide you toward greater self-awareness, self-trust, and emotional safety around food. As you move through these pages, you may begin to notice patterns, soften old coping strategies, and create new rituals of nourishment that feel aligned with your body and your lived experience.

This is not a diet.

This are 47 pages to help you embark on a homecoming back to yourself, your body, and the wisdom you’ve always carried.
