Let's warm up our bodies, sooth our nervous system and tap into our inner wisdom through different practices like: *Breathwork *Yoga *Somatic Release mini session *Journaling *Cacao Ceremony *Sound Bath *Sharing Circle This heart led half day retreat will gift us a path to shake off tension, offer space for reflection and deep kind connection. Lights snacks will be provided. Please bring: - Your own yoga mat - Comfy clothes - A notepad - Any props for the sound bath (blanket and pillows) How much? Normal price £60 - Exclusive launch offer for those on my Instagram £35 using code Very25 (before 14th of March) - VERY Early bird offer £40 with code VERYEARLYBIRD on checkout (if booked before the 11th of April) - Early bird offer £45 with code LOVELYEARLYBIRD on checkout (if booked before the 1st of May) There’s some things to consider. - If you are pregnant (do not place any sound healing instruments on your body and if you are on your first trimester please avoid any strong sound related experiences for now) - Avoid sound baths if you are using certain medication (like lithium, benzodiazepines, and certain anti epileptic medication) - Avoid sound baths if you suffer from sound induced epilepsy. Alternatively please consult your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizure from sound vibrations. - If you have any implanted heart pacemaker, stent or shunt please let the organiser know and keep a minimum distance of 30 cm from the instruments of speakers * Do not use directly on or anywhere near a metal implant, open wounds or scar that is not yet healed * Do not use with any prior nerve damage If in doubt always consult with your GP before joining to a sound bath or sound healing experience. Remember that by purchasing a space for this event and joining you, the participant, hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the release from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the participant.
