Reiki Charged Sound Bath (March)

Let the waves of sound take you were you need to be... Join us this March 30th. from 11am at Pure Yoga Somerset (Wellington) for a mother’s day immersive experience of release, grounding and deep rest During the sound bath we might explore: - Some breathing exercises and somatic exercises - Visualisation techniques - Have some space for journaling All framed by the sounds of my crystal bowls, chimes and drums Your are welcomed to bring your yoga mat, I do recommend to also bring a blanket and a pillow for extra comfort. Please arrive at 11AM (seats are chosen by participants as they arrive on the day of the event) There’s some things to consider. - If you are pregnant (do not place any sound healing instruments on your body and if you are on your first trimester please avoid any strong sound related experiences for now) - Avoid sound baths if you are using certain medication (like lithium, benzodiazepines, and certain anti epileptic medication) - Avoid sound baths if you suffer from sound induced epilepsy. Alternatively please consult your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizure from sound vibrations. - If you have any implanted heart pacemaker, stent or shunt please let the organiser know and keep a minimum distance of 30 cm from the instruments of speakers * Do not use directly on or anywhere near a metal implant * Do not use near near open wounds or scar that is not yet healed * Do not use with any prior nerve damage If in doubt always consult with your GP before joining to a sound bath or sound healing experience. The venue is on the top floor of the building, 2 sets of stairs lead the way and sadly for now theres no other accessibility options in the building. Remember that by purchasing a space for this event and joining you, the participant, hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the release from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the participant.
